Privacy Policy

Dialed: Fitness & Nutrition offers Free access and an optional Dialed Pro subscription for fitness and nutrition tracking for adults 18 and older, operated by Robert Gibson.

Account: your name, email address, and user ID.

Profile: age, height, weight, and goals you enter.

Tracking data: meals and macros, workouts, steps, and notes you log.

Photos: if you upload meal photos, they are retained by Base44, our hosting platform.

Dialed offers Free access and an optional Dialed Pro subscription. Apple handles in-app payments on iOS; Stripe handles payments on the website.

Dialed uses RevenueCat to verify and manage Apple subscription status. Your immutable Dialed account ID, purchase history, subscription product, transaction and expiration information, and subscription status may be processed by RevenueCat and the Base44 backend so your access works across the iOS app and website.

Payment details are handled by Apple or Stripe. Dialed does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

This information is used to provide purchased access, restore purchases, and avoid asking you to subscribe twice. Meal, workout, and Apple Health data are not sent to RevenueCat for purchase processing.

Meal text, photos, and barcodes — along with your age, weight, goals, and nutrition summaries — are processed by AI through Base44 and its AI providers to estimate nutrition content, provide meal suggestions, and generate report summaries.

AI features only run after you explicitly accept this processing in the app, through a consent screen that describes exactly what is shared. You can withdraw consent at any time in your Profile; AI features then stop, while all non-AI tracking keeps working.

If you connect Apple Health in the iOS app, Dialed reads daily step totals to show activity progress and estimate calories from steps. Dialed does not write data to Apple Health. Totals are saved to your Dialed account through Base44 and shared with a trainer only if you link that trainer. Disconnecting stops future syncing; previously saved totals remain until deleted. You can also revoke access in iOS Health settings.

Meal, workout and step reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone only when enabled. You can change or disable them in Dialed or iOS notification settings.

Barcodes you scan are looked up through Open Food Facts, a third-party food database.

You can import workouts from Hevy using your Hevy API key. Your key is saved only until you remove it or your account is deleted.

Only if you choose to link a trainer (you initiate the link), your name, email, and your nutrition, steps, weight, workout, and goal data are shared with that trainer so they can track your progress.

Before linking, the app shows you exactly what will be shared and asks you to confirm. You can unlink your trainer yourself at any time in your Profile, which stops future sharing. Unlinking does not delete any of your fitness records.

Foods you save for next time are private to you and are not visible to other users.

We use Base44's traffic analytics, which collects visits, pages viewed, session duration, country, device, operating system, referrer, and login events. Session recordings are disabled.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or data sales, and there is no other business purpose for your data.

Dialed is intended for adults 18 and older.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can request full account and data deletion in the app; requests are completed, with confirmation to you, within 30 days through a manual operator process. Some data may remain in platform backups and logs in accordance with our providers' obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This policy may change over time. When it changes, this page will be updated along with its last-updated date.
